The Manual should tell you exactly what's excluded which is generally Oil, Petrol, Coolant, Brake Fluid, etc. Basically the consumables and 'general wear and tear'. Found a design fault with a rubber (that I rectified) causing caliper not to withdraw put on some DBA's and 260,000km later sold the car with still great DBA rotors on it so take it from me Ford dealers will blame anything and everone to avoid warranty issues. Ford's warranty is a token effort not worth the paper it's written on and that's the way I viewed and accepted it when I bought the turbo.
