How To Remove Rear Seat

I am planing to buy seat cover for my FG XR6T. Can anyone show me how to remove the rear seat (both the base and the back)

Base is a piece of piss to remove,, never removed the back so I dunno about that but might have bolts or something after the base is out.. For the base just push down hard where your knees would be then push towards the rear of the car.. Should pop up then do the same with the other side

the back rest of the seats ive never taken out but thered be a few bolts. side pieces are just pressed in from memory. base as freeze said, push down a little, push back n then pull up. bf the easiest one ive ever pulled out

if its the same as ba/bf which im guessing is similar... at each side of the seat the bar that goes through has a white flat piece joined and a little u-shape piece, flick that off pull white plastic up and it will release the bar
