Its asia,, can they see anything?

Shy- 7 mins is a long time,, only a couple a weeks ago a kid was playing in her backyard,, mum stoped looking at her for supposedly 30secs and the kid walked onto the train tracks and got killed..

Asians are the nicest people ever,, (well the old ones that come into my work anyways) and I cant see them doing this..

I cant comment on the vid though because it will be pointless interweb threats,, but if I ever saw that happen ill be in jail before they will

Not the ones I deal with on a nightly basis, I can say 90% of them would be capable of this.

What makes me sick... Is that even if he didn't know he had hit her... He just rolled back, built up speed and went over her again...

Had he gotten out of the car after the first hit... Taken her to hospital etc... I'm sure she'd still be alive... But running over her again with twin rear Tyres is f*cking sick...

Kill the kunt... But not by injection or bullet... Drive over him backwards and forwards...

I'm staggered... I can't believe they'd even publish the video... Knowing that if it when to trial here... The guy would die on his way to court... And if not... In prison he'd be minced meat... He knew he'd hit here... Says it in the article...

They say people are scared to help due to fears of being charged...

Many commentators speculated that the failure to help Yue Yue was motivated by fear of being blamed for her injuries after a high-profile 2006 case in which a driver who stopped to help an elderly woman was later prosecuted.

Peng Yu, then 26, said he stopped after seeing the woman fall in the eastern city of Nanjing, but she accused him of knocking her down with his car, and a court ordered him to pay her 45,000 yuan ($7,000) in damages.

"The judge in Peng Yu's case in Nanjing has destroyed the kindness of a whole nation and it is difficult to recover," wrote one weibo user on Friday.

On a long weekend in China, 3000 people will die on the roads...

I guess when you have 1.4 Billion people it is all relative??

The legal side of it was explained to me. I can understand that.

Human nature is human nature though. It would override any political or legal gibberish when it came to a child.

If I saw someone even hurting a kid.. I am taking them out. I would do the same for a defenseless dog. I would just keep laying the boot into their ribs if it was a kid.

I know the full ramifications of my actions and I don't ever lose it enough to blame rage.

So I can only believe that is their nature.
