Surge tank, valve springs and suspension will be next and then I'll go from there. The clutch will be replaced when required.

Make it a bit safer on the engine and then make it handle, then I'll go from there. Will be interesting to see how quick it is with a manual. I can't believe how much smoother it is to drive now compared to standard. Used to surge when cold and clunk when changing gears and now the surge is gone and the revs seem to come down slightly slower which makes the gear changes smoother. I ran the battery cables straight to the starter and closer earth, plumbed the bov back into the intake and swapped the thermostat to a 82. The only thing I'm not happy with is the exhaust is hitting over the diff and the car doesn't always want to lock. Hopefully I'll be able to posh the exhaust shield above the diff up further without removing the last section of exhaust. And I have a thread trying to figure out the locking problem.
