Please ^^^ would be good to hear.

Would you be better off to build the bottom end perhaps before you start talking more power.

or have you thought about strengthening the ZF at all ?

Sounds great mate, looking forward to seeing some vids.

To be completely honest I'm not even really thinking about more power yet. Surge tank, valve springs and suspension will be next and then I'll go from there. The clutch will be replaced when required.

Haha yeah I know. But it all has to work together. Make it a bit safer on the engine and then make it handle, then I'll go from there. Will be interesting to see how quick it is with a manual. I can't believe how much smoother it is to drive now compared to standard. Used to surge when cold and clunk when changing gears and now the surge is gone and the revs seem to come down slightly slower which makes the gear changes smoother.

I changed a few small things since the tune. I ran the battery cables straight to the starter and closer earth, plumbed the bov back into the intake and swapped the thermostat to a 82. The only thing I'm not happy with is the exhaust is hitting over the diff and the car doesn't always want to lock. Hopefully I'll be able to posh the exhaust shield above the diff up further without removing the last section of exhaust. And I have a thread trying to figure out the locking problem.

Yeah mate it's at the top of my to do list. Is there much difference between the common brands? They all look similar. If not I'll go with the pw
