This in turn allows up and down movement.Mine is a 07/07 BF and I had the bushes replaced at around 40k, both control arm farked and replaced at 80k Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

They remove the need for the bushes and also have a nifty stepped washer that effectivly doubles the load area on the control arm. In closing, they are most good.
