Failed, still too low, pedders reckon they wound it up as much as possible, which seems strange as I thought it could go back up to standard height. Pedders are looking into spacers to lift the rear a bit more, otherwise I will see if they can see if the springs have sagged...

Something definitely wrong here.

Pit lane adjusted mine, no problem like this. Probably wouldn't let pedders do it, car was set up very poorly when I got it.

Yeah I am going back and forth at the moment. They wound it back up to the height it was originally (it had dropped 25mm) and when I look at the rears the springs are 35-40mm further up the thread than when first installed, I am 100% sure the springs have sagged.

They also adjusted the height using springs only, not shock height adjustment, which annoys me even more. I have put pressure on him to look at my car tomorrow and replace the rear springs on Saturday, he wont order parts until he inspects it though. If I don't get anywhere with him I will go up the chain and demand it be fixed under warranty at another store (I know another store where the original installer/manager has moved to)

So annoying when you spend a lot of money on a product and inferior staff cannot support it when things go wrong (he was supposed to call me back after conversations yesterday and tuesday and never did)

very poor customer satisfaction and business management. just to call you even for a couple mins and talk is lame. just remember, the customer's always right ;)

I know mate, as I said earlier on, all the people who worked there when I had the xa's installed have gone to other stores, and now I have no confidence in the current staff. (including the owner who sold the business back to pedders and went to manage another store, and the manger who is managing at another store now)
