If you took the photo then you own it. Doesn't matter if you put something on it or leave it blank.If you're that paranoid about someone using the photo then just use a huge watermark with a low opacity.Set up the metadata properly too so your info is embedded into the file properties.At the end of the day if someone wants your photo bad enough they'll get it. They use CGI for most of there images and video(tv ad's)It's cheaper and easier than taking real snaps. He said there is too many variables with photography.
