Whatever injector you choose... But make the decision based on the realistic power level you want.. If you are certain 300 is where you'll stop great but most people get the bug pretty bad..

I'd consider that pump okay for now because if you end up chasing big power a surge tank would be required so you can add a second pump then.

300kw isn't alot of power in a car this heavy and geared the way these are. The difference in costs between going a bigger in everything is usually quite small, much cheaper than realising later that you need to buy again...

:stupid: 's. Some good advice here.

Leaving some headroom is a good idea as most people start off with a target in mind but inevitably want more. And if one day you decide to do an E85 tune, you'll need 30% more flow or so. Easier and cheaper to get the right gear now and spend a few hundy more now rather than a few hundy x 2 later.

Did I mention I have a set of new flow-matched Five-O Motorsport 1000cc Bosch injectors for sale (I upgraded to 2000cc units)? :)

If I was you, I'd go 60lb Dekkas or equivalent and a PW surge tank.. Don't have to change the STD pump and headroom into the 400rwkw's..

I went the siemens 80lbers and the siemens pump which is as quiet as the OEM pump. The car idles better than stock, and I have the option of a E85 tune now if I want.

Thanks again guys, all great advice. So I should go an injector that will go with me if I want more than 300, sounds fair enough. And that pump should be ok because I can always ad another and a surge if I want to go more again... Will 60lb Dekas be good for E85?

@straughsberry what did you want for those injectors? What product are they too?

Thanks again for the advice!!!

I never really planned to go E85... Is it something slot of people do..? This is my daily driver and I rely on it for work. Unfortunately it will most likely stay this way so I only want to mod as far as is reliable... I have things like power steering pump and diff rebuild that I need advice on too :P still trying to find threads on diff help as I don't know where to start...

At this point it looks like I'll just go 80lb dekas and then I really will be safe regardless of how far I wanna push it... And at this point the single Walbro in tank should be enough as I can always add a surge and inline rite?

Thanks again guys!! Loving this forum!
