Read some reviews and they get a good rap.4/ thanks sideways82 and Tobey..spoke to Mick at Taleb and he will do the NT05's at $250 a corner (in 245 40 18)gonna sleep on it and do a little more checking tomorrow. Member 1,008 Member For: 15y 1m Gender: Male Posted 10/10/11 07:57 AM Share Posted 10/10/11 07:57 AM (edited) Don't get the NT05, they just skate down the road, if you want to corner hard then yes get them, if you want to get nitto's get the invo'sI have a little more power than yours, 311rwkw on a real dyno so about 350rwkw on the tunehouse thing LOL with nt05's as soon as the car has moved 1 length from a stand still it will fry the tyres then hit 2nd and fry them lots more, even after I did a few km and scrubbed them in and even when warm, try a real semi if that what you really want. Like I said on $$160 acceleras in the same car that ran 11.6 I get a tiny bit of wheelspin top of first and if I'm lucky and tyres are cold a little into 2nd. After driving 20min no 2nd gear wheelspin at all unless I launch in 2nd hard off the line under boost and even then it's just pretty gay, so I was thinking man my car is broken, so I put on new 22" nexen rubber and hello 2nd gear smokes them again The rta guy is wrong, the ET's aren't speed or load rated and NOT legal in Aus, the NT05R are loadnubt not speed rated again NOT legal, something like an R888 is legal but $$$Bit seriously on a good bit of road with under 300rwkw you won't get rid of 1st gear wheelspin but you can get a massive improvement. That said I'd still like to try the et's in the 245/40/18 I believe they are also the ET street 2pattern so the look liker a normalish tyre Edited 10/10/11 08:06 AM by MexicanBatman

Who makes them and does ayone else recommend them ?

I had federal rsr and the bloke beside me had the cheapos, both bf's woth the zf, he had a bit more power but was getting more grip then me. Only 1 to 2 mph difference between us across the line but he was .3 sec quicker overal and .1 quicker at the 60ft mark.but I'll still be going the invo fronts and nt05 rears, I like to corner.
