Good safety measure...If you want 350 reliable kilowatts...Valve springs may be ok (have to wait and see)Exhaust you have is fine60cc injectorsProcess west cooler kits you have chosen will do it easyYou will need a 12psi actuator and to port your wastegate and put in a larger flapper to control boost (no one has mentioned this?)You won't need a clutch as it's auto and auto will hold 350 fineI'd suggest a surge tank... Look for a second hand one etc but definitely put one in.
