I would do the fuel pump with first tune... Good safety measure...

If you want 350 reliable kilowatts...

Valve springs may be ok (have to wait and see)

Exhaust you have is fine

60cc injectors

Process west cooler kits you have chosen will do it easy

You will need a 12psi actuator and to port your wastegate and put in a larger flapper to control boost (no one has mentioned this?)

You won't need a clutch as it's auto and auto will hold 350 fine

I'd suggest a surge tank... Look for a second hand one etc but definitely put one in. Good insurance

for a reliable everyday 350rwkw you'd be wanting to start looking at a built auto and bottom end (oil pump gears more importantly)

Seems a few people have had failures before hitting 350rwkw, but who knows how they drive...

I don't think 350 in a standard ZF is worry free motoring, yeah they can handle it but that's well over there rating isn't it?

Also Worm 60cc injectors might be a tad small mate..

The motor should be fine, as long as it's been serviced, warmed up etc. Ba and reliable 350 is a different story I guess.

With dillz, a few have gone at 330s, I guess it depends on the tune, how you drive etc.

Air enough...

Guess it depends on tuner...

whistler6 has been running 380rwkw for over a year on a stock auto with no probs...

From memory, the ZF is rated for 650 Nm. Pity Ford didn't want to spend the money and put the better version in which is rated for 1000 Nm
