Only thing is with full moon long exposures, 30sec ones I've taken the stars have had trails. Not the effect I was after in the background of cars lol, just a heads up for others.

Hi Guys,

Have been shooting a fair bit over the last couple of months and thought I would chuck up some of my favorite pics:

Squeaky Beach Sunset

Startrails at Norman Bay - This is 60x30 second exposures stitched together. Obviously there was some movement in the tripod, I am keen to get out and try this some more

Ghosts of St Kilda Pier Panorama - I couldn't be bothered cloning out all of the ghosting, I think it kind of adds to the photo

Love the 20x30 Adam, very classy!

What resolution was the final image you gave to the printers and what dpi?

Was that just printed onto the paper or mounted to mdf?

I want to do a few big prints, im just worried ill loose the crispness of some of my shots on a big print.

Adam, you ever thought about doing a XR6Turbo calendar? Or just a car calendar in general? Your pics are awesome and would make for a top car calendar. Maybe get some pre orders and get people to pre pay to help out with cost. I would go for 1. You have the talent for it, you could even do a few different ones like.....show/street......drag/competion.....streetbikes/race ones..... Exotic/euro.

Cool idea! A calendar would be pretty easy to do. I'd shoot all new stuff for it I think. Getting the 12 cars and picking the final shots would be the hardest part of it all.

Might see what I can come up with. :spoton:

Sly, I made it to scale to make it easier for me to add in the smaller photos. It's 6000 x 4000 pixels.

It's mounted on 20mm foamcore with a black border. The print is on metallic ultra gloss paper. It looks amazing!

Do what Pookey?
