I sold a WRX to a fella in QLD with a NT license.. He had to get a qld license before we could transfer the ownership.. Which caused some friggin nightmares with the time period the transfer is supposed to be done in.Makes perfect sense that you cant transfer until license is sorted - whats the point of having a previous (state) license if you people live elsewhere? Ive been stuffed around by b uyers who also havent bothered to update their license.There is a reason why each state has its own independent transport authorities!!
