The overall diameter of a wheel and tyre fitted to a vehicle must not be more than 15 mm greater than the largest tyre size listed on the tyre placard and not more than 15 mm less than the smallest tyre size listed on the placard.

going off the chart you posted above you have more than 15mm differance?

advice I got from tyre/rim store when I put my 20's on is it had nothing to do with rim size but like said above rolling diameter must be within certain range and all minimum load/speed ratings must still apply on tyres and rims. width wise, tyre can not be protruding out past the widest point of the wheel well or bolt on guard whichever is the greater? correct me if I'm wrong

going off of this tornado ute max towing braked is 1600kg? but a standard ba/bf ute can tow 2300kg? is that to do with standard ute having 15" cop style rims and tornado having 18" mags?

I cant see what the difference in XR6 rear springs, and Tornado rears would be? Are the Tornados lower, or do they have less spring leaves?? It is usually dictated by the towbar design for towing capacity.
