Organic clutches are good for less stress on the take up than a ceramic clutch, ceramic's are very on and off style of clutch and the organics will take a little more slippage before shagging than a ceramic. I would stick with the Malwood if rebuilt by him, if not I would look into an NPC organic clutch they are very good and cope with massive grunt from the LSX's quite well, there are a couple of 9 sec LSX manuals running a NPC single organic clutch with great success.

PS. I'm with Jet on the diagnosis, instead of using the standard plastic slave get a Malwood alloy one, in fact this should have been done with the Malwood Stage 5 clutch, and also a remote bleeder if it doesn't have one, when the T56 is bled in standard guise it dumps the fluid into the bell housing and on the clutch.

only thing I cant understand is if it's been losing hydraulic fluid anywhere then the pedal would be soft or (like adam said) hitting the floor and not coming back up. it'd be pretty obvious

anyways haydog best of luck with it bud keep us posted

Haydog look at for sponser Xtreme clutches, a few mates with turbo's in the VEs running upwards of 800hp are running them and have never had a problem. No of one car here in Vic pushing 1200hp in a VZ SS using Xtreme and swears best clutch he has used, and he has used a lot of them, but this has been the longest one in his car.
