So I did that and it all went well. Started car up and still no luck. Can't change gears easily and car won't move if I get it in a gearIt's a malwood option 5 twin plate clutch. Any ideas what's wrong? Do I need a clutch rebuild? How much am I looking at price wise??

Ale Member 249 Member For: 13y 3m 8d Posted 09/06/12 06:47 AM Share Posted 09/06/12 06:47 AM I just dont know guys if we can we will look into it not that it will change anything cos its not insured, like I said im not in trouble and I really dont want people to see all the mods. It seemed like somethings failed maybe the rear brakes I dunno I checked today and the floor mat was over the accelerator on a stupid angle and under the brake pedal could have happened on impact.Hell maybe I just had too much forward momentum it happened pretty quick.I love cars and going fast like most of yas so all I can say is take care and wouldn't wish this stuff on anyone.Dude, I go down that road on the daily ,and I went back past today, This time it was daylight, and its clear as, the marks diffinatly back up your account, The rear tyres mark the road for about 50m before the fronts do!!! and it does look like the rears are from just rolling on it and frying them.Il be the first to admit that its hard to believe how its happened, especially since the throttle body is drive by wire, but either the electronics f*cked out.(tune or throttle body)or the 20 odd psi was too much for the return spring or your pedal some how got stuck.I know it wont achieve anything, but having an analytic mind Id me wanting answers!!Again, could've been sooo much worse, and yeh the car is f*cked, but most importantly no one was hurt.Good to meet you , hopefully under better circumstances next time.chin up
