hey bolkes all things a side what has been said about s.a race was needed to be said I think because it is blatently obvious that this is not an isolated case

I say sam has the ability to get on line and have a say and defend him self but if it goes down the path of hes phone calls and customer service I dont like the response we will get from him

technology is a powerful thing and can be used in many ways but this is just not good enough and yes weve all herd the full story's I mainly feel like a cun3t due to me telling lots off ppl about the work I got done and how the recomendation couldnt come highly enough (then) so I now feel like I in some way have indirectly caused the missfortune of mitches(I eat kfc) and simon(ted racing)trans problems.

the work I got done on my trans is fine and has been scince day 1 I have had it 10,000kms but serviced twice in that period(not from sam)the reason I went to sam was because I got him to rebuild my diff on my au xr8 and he done a top job on that but again top end dollar figure but worth it aswell so this is why I didnt look elsewhere when it was trans time

but now I got this feeling that what if it was me sitting here with a f*cked trans yeh id be spuing way wores that u blokes are so it still leaves me with this feeling "your gunna get no satisfaction no no no " if I had a prob and we all understand its a performance modded trans but f*ck me 7000kms is just not good enough and this is 1 trans from simon and 2 from mitch with the sam prob on both (filthy oil and failing to operate) now this is no witch hunt but I think if the bloke who sees so much of our business has half a brain he should get on and let us know what the g.o is

yes things happen sometimes sh*t parts,bad machining, had an off day that's fine sh*t happens but when it does happen they need to be there willing to accept some form of responability if it is proven and by the sounds of it mitch still has a f*cked trans yes no 2 trans at that and simon has a trailer queen not to his amusement.

now like alot of issuse that arise on this forum it can get out of control but this is a general discussion about a product that will/has affected us and I think general discussion is the best way of working out where to go from here
