make sure you enable punkbuster through your service provider. Only got it installed today on our 64 slot. 32 is a good size.

I thought ours did too! It shows the Pb icon in the browser but its not much good if you dont run the update mod from your control panel. Have you enabled PB screenshots also on your server? Lets you see what the hackers see. I definately need some practice flying though I have a feeling that I wont get very good at it.

I didnt realise you could water cool your GPU? Thought it was only done on CPU :/

The setting is in the little cog (settings) menu, 3rd from the bottom in the drop down box "Go Offline"

You can watercool almost anything in them now. There's block's for RAM (haven't seen many doing that though) as well as for the North Bridge and South Bridge depending on your motherboard.

I'm looking at the new X79 chipset that Intel have just released (I currently have an i7 950 + 2x6950) and getting a couple of 580's for it but I think I'll wait a couple of months for the prices to drop. $600 CPU + $400 Mobo + $1000 for the 580's + RAM, new SSD, etc. and I'll be up for over $3,000 by the end of it

I've finished the single player (just got to go through and find all the intel things when I get bored) now on to the Multiplayer...

spoke to some mates the other night who say they have done it, involves pulling the card appart apparently. I just reversed the fans on the side of the case and that seems to have helped a little. stay with the radion cards for BF3, they seem to be more reliable.

Ive had nvidia cards for 10 years. Before I got my 580s I had 2x HD5870s. NEVER EVER buying the cheaper radeon cards again. That whole experience was bad.

I have water on my i7 980, 2x GTX580s and northbridge on my GA-EX58-EXTREME.

Photos earlier in this thread.

I bought a ATI card for mums PC.. not sure exactly what model, but after it failing 3 times (yes, they put 3 different cards in) and it would still only post 40% of the time, they swapped it out for equivalant priced Nvidia (GTX560ti).

That was the first and last ATI video card I ever bought.
