I've seen mine glowing red under hard driving conditions and understand that, but thought they wouldn't do it under normal driving conditions( No boost)Just looking for some advice to make me sleep better at night.....Cheers

But in saying that if your oil or water lines were blocked you'd have a failed turbo in a very short amount of time. How long has it been doing it. Can you get access to a temp gun and take some readings?Benny

I've only noticed it on the last 3 or 4 trips at night(been over the last two weeks). it just looks normal during the day. If I had blocked lines would the turbo last that long? and I've just order one of those earl inline filters for the turbo

I've just never noticed this til now so thought it was a new problem. I've seen it glowing red after hard driving just not a casual trip down the road.I'll get the filter done in a week or 2 just for insurance. Thanks for the advice guys. Much appreciated( I can sleep better now )lol
