If it just comes on and stays on then yeah there is a problem. Henz Tampon inserted, Auto Acquired, next purchase a new handbag Donating Members 9,946 Member For: 17y 1m 20d Gender: Male Location: Vic Posted 28/09/11 09:04 AM Share Posted 28/09/11 09:04 AM It can be set like that when they're tuned. My old sedan as soon as it lost traction the light would come on, traction control wouldn't do a thing, and stay on till I turned the car off again. In my ute traction control still works, which means I have to remember to turn it off or I'll kill my clutch. I've gotta admit I've been contemplating getting rid of mine.. It's a bit dusty but I'm sure someone could use it :biglaugh:Anyways back on topic. This traction control issue actually sounds like your cars are overpowering the ability of the traction control system so the car is shutting it down to protect the drivetrain.
