It would appear its trying to control traction............... as it should.

I realise that is what it's trying to do but my point is it normal to cut in automatically?

I thought it was only done manually !

Hit the button to turn it off? :dontknow:

I have hit the button but it DOESN'T turn off, it is only when the

ignition is turned off and then turned on again the traction control is off !

It should always be on, if you press and hold the button it will be turned off. Restarting the car will turn it back on, so will pressing the button again.

Light off- traction control is on

Light stays on- traction control off

Light flashes- traction control is working to keep traction.
