Doesnt take much, a simple thread about the cost and availability of GT pedals turns into the old "manual is better than auto cr@p" that everybody has heard before. And quite frankly, is sick of as well.

It's an interesting fact that about 80% of Ford and Holdens performance models are sold in auto form, and I did say performance models so no, that doesn't include XT, Futura, Executive, Acclaim etc. <_<

AUTO GT PEDAL KIT TRADE PRICE = $244.48 FOR BOTH PEDALS!

MANUAL GT PEDAL KIT TRADE = $341.69 FOR ALL 3 PEDALS!

I highly recommend them too! I suggest you tell your dealer to  and go somewhere else who knows what they are talking about.

I received a Christmas catalogue from Expensive Daewoo in the mail this week.

They are offering their VY SS pedal kit for $133 manual and $100 auto. From what I have seen the quality seems good and look similar to the GT pedals.

Arghhh Ford, why?
