Its a hub dyno, of course it will show alot more power. Im running the std crossover still, and will never see those figures ,let alone with a Monza cooler on a dynamics dyno in shootf6 mode.

Youll be lucky to come even close to 300 on a dynamics dyno.

I h8toads, yeah I believe that dyno run on diff dyno will give diff result and I agree 330-340rwkw might be more accurate. Kroozin, yeah spins up too easily. Didn't in 3rd cause but I was trying different modes to try and get traction. Keeping in mind it was first drag event opening and track condition was bad. Next mods to get me 11s which wot I'm chasing and should with current tune. Is plazmaman or PW IC ( to suit standard piping) zf tune and M/T's this should improve times dramatically

Xr6t ute, itll be well over 300rwkw, it previously made 313 on a dynamics dyno, with 12psi and stock exhaust section (from turbo to cat) now has 4" dump, and I went to gti performance cause I know he does very good safe tunes, and it proved worthwhile. No revelance to discussion but my car is ex cop car

1/4 mile times and mph seem about right for the before run on the XFT tune. Impressive for monza cooler, does it heatsoak much if you run it again?

I'm a good comparison as I'm running 42lb, nizpro cooler and replacement cold side to stock crossover, 3.5" dump on twin 2.5" manta exhaust, intank walkbro GSS294. 15PSI quite flat from around 3000rpm , see pic

317rwkw on Simon's dyno, ran 11.94@120mph on 235/45/17" KU31's, PB. 2.09 60 foot.

Soon to get some Nitto Invo's on the rear and try for a PB again :) Lower treadwear rating than KU31's though, 260 instead of 340 I think.

Would like to get mine engine dynod to see what it's putting out before drivetrain losses but it'll never happen :)

Oh and I'm also ex cop car owner. Your isn't lightning strike is it? hahaha.

Being a hub dyno I can understand the power figure and he has done well to get there.

In regards to your 'safe' comment.....I wouldn't take a 4sp auto there to get tuned!

(how do I post pics via iPhone ?)

SteveR, na I can't say it heat soaks at drags, it's fairly consistante with power delivery.cause there is atleast 15-20min between each pass. And mine is white with blue side stripes.

Ih8toads, did u mean not take 4sp to gti or on dyno hub?

And why? Although mine zf 6 sp I'm curious.
