the most confortable possition is to have a bent elbow, and he said if your arm is straight, then if the top of the steering wheel is inline with your wrist, is the most confortable possition to drive.

Yeah, that's what I do to line myself up when I hop into someone else's car.

I'm quite surprised that people are feeling pains. I have found that the BA's interior is one of the most ergonomic I've driven. A billion times better than the Magna. It's impossible to drive more than about three or so hours before either feeling cramps on the calf muscles or a sore knee from it resting on the window winder.

The most comfortable car I've ever had was an XB.

right shoulder up against the B pillar left foot on top of the tranny tunnel, rest left arm on top of left knee drive with three fingers of left hand. Wind window down and put right elbow out of window, hold stubbie in right hand. You need an Auto with bench seats, after about 2 years the seat moulds to fit.

The T is different:

Put seat all the way down, left foot rests against centre console, left arm free to change CD's, open beer ect, right arm on arm rest or gesticulating to Hyundai drivers, steer with right Knee. Dark sunnys a must.

With a body that would have given a 25 year old Arnie a run for his money, I experience no problems.

Hang on Mack ... I've seen your body (details withheld), and it certainly didn't remind me of Arnie's ... :kissmy:<_<

now, now boys both hands and 10 and 2. Arms straight and the inside of your wrists should rest on the wheel. This is the proper style.

You make the choice whether its the right style for gerkin or driving. <_<

Don't gloss over the importance of the splash back grip.

Scotty.
