Hey mate,

Almost certain you'll need a tune after changing your IC. Have you planned any other mods? As far as ebay coolers go, don't spend too much on one as I don't think they're great to begin with - I think they're ok at around stock power and a little higher, but not great for much more than that. Look into some of the site sponsors and their kits such as plazmaman, rapid etc.

You're better off doing a few mods at once as most changes require a tune to keep the car safe.

Even a simple upgrade package would make a huge improvement - Something like injectors, Cat, fuel pump and tune would net you a decent power figure.

Possibly consider an IC upgrade kit (with piping), intake, exhaust etc - Sky is the limit mate :spoton:

Sadly, I'm in Perth so I have no idea about good Tuners in Penrith.

Good luck,

Dan

ive heard a lot of good things about the HDI (hybrid-power) intercoolers if that's what your talking about.

Lots of info on these forums installs with pics and everything. Search for HDI

Some ppl pushing them to big power and its a cheap kit the X01.

Personally...id prolly take them to 300rwkw any more id go better/bigger...but that's just me,

alot of ppl pushing them harder than that.

A bit of chopping up your car though to fit...dunno if your keen about that?

Definetly a tune.

Just saw U have a BF...I read somewhere those intercoolers are harder to fit in bf more cutting or something

like that...I think

There are no tuners in Penrith that I know of. You either have Autotech at Granville or CMS at Liverpool who I would recommend. I will be getting my car tuned there thursday.

Another great tuner if you want to make the treck is tunehouse in Marrickville - see site sponsors for more info.
