G’day All,

After doing a lot of reading on this site, I’ve finally got round to making my own post to get some advice.

I've got a manual 2007 BF mkII Turbo and it’s done 28,000 km’s. All I've done to it is a k&n panel filter and whiteline sway bars front and rear.

I don't have massive amounts of cash to spend but Id like to aim at 300kw but keep it looking stock as much as possible. Also keeping the exhaust noise/drone down will hide the mods from the misses.

Im after some advice on what I should do to it to reach the 300kw goal?

Cheers

Buy all parts second hand from the forum. Get a nice dump (4" most likely), 'high flow' cat, basic cooler kit (any of the reputable names), injectors (42lb or bigger) and intank pump. XCAL3. The only part you have to pay new for is the tune :)

I have nizpro cooler second hand with replacement cold side piping to stock crossover, F6 intake snorkel on stock airbox, K&N filter (also my first mod), 42lb squirters and a full exahust in 2x2.5 with a 3.5" split dump and twin cats...that exhaust was bought new though and wasn't required being a BFII from what I gather. It's way louder now, far deeper note, so don't do that if you're trying to hide it!

All up I paid about $5100 including XCAL and tune but I reckon you could do it for 3k if you buy wisely and have patience. See my sig for results.

OH you have a manual...clutch will sh*t itself with 300rwkw, budget for upgrade or you can't use the power. Stock ZF FTW :)
