why would you want it from ally?

your seriously looking at a lot of coin to get it cnc'd from billet...

and by designing I mean a full 3d model that gets sent straight to the cnc.

if you supply only a wirefram diagram you will be up for a lot more coin for someone to draw it up in 3d.

im thinking 2k+

probs $80 to get chrome plated.

google action aluminium for a block of ally, but yer, id be getting a quote from a machine shop with 5 axis cnc mill first.

I'd just do a turbo side airbox if I hated it that much. Plus, ally would potentially heat soak more than plastic anyway so no advantages really. You can get mock carbon fibre coating and all sorts of stuff these days. I'd be looking at those types of options mate.
