Does anyone know if there is a special trick to always have traction control off. At present when you turn the car off by default traction control will come on when you star it up again.

Any help would be great.

Oh by the way just got 3500Ks on the clock and the thing goes like a rocket

that's why you got a button on the dash for, turn it off at your peril, doesent it rain over there?

To disable it would be a madness, have the option you paid for it!

I don't think it's a great idea but I see where you are comming from. You don't want it completely disabled, you just want it to work in reverse so that when you start the car the traction is off and you can turn it on manually if you want.

Do what I did and buy a ute! Us poor 2 door people don't even get the option of turning it on in the wet or when letting someone else have a spin.

Did I say letting someone else have a spin, I must be nuts. :smilielol:

Make it part of your switch on procedure.

1. Insert key in ignition and turn

2. Switch of traction control

3. Buckle seat belt

4. set SSS shifter to the right or select 1st gear in manual

5. Check blind spot

6. Move slowly and cautiously onto the road (for HgAg) drivers

6a. Turn digital throttle to ON and enjoy the ride (for all others)

OK, Ok I'm sorry to all the HgAg guys but it's far to easy
