Valve springs will soon hold you back as mentioned. I wouldn't do a first round of mods on a BA without them with the reputation they have on here from others who've been there before.

:stupid:

Trying to get an idea what power your thinkin of but I wouldnt run more than about 10 psi with stock valvesprings from what ive heard...just in case and theres still no guarentees theyll hold that (I know some ppl not to have valspring probs but alot do...).

I read somewhere for each psi more boost over stock the valspring looses 3.5 psi of effective spring tension and that they were 50psi factory. Dunno if this is true but if it is and you do the math...it starts to look ugly quick!

10psi with mods you listed may get u...260-270rwkw...maybe?

A plazman replacement cooler for this level of power is fine. but if I was going into the 300s...myself personally...id go bigger core volume and if your valvesprings do end up crapping themselves after a while on 10psi (which sounds like they have a habit of doing over time)...when u change them and u have the ability to run say 16 psi or whatever at will...your cooler will then be small and ull be spewing.
