Yesterday was the first time it logged the code but the fault has presented on and off. You'd think if tune related it wouldn't run fine for a week, including a 600klm round trip last weekend, but stranger things have happened.

It's a different car when it's happy. Nice and punchy down low. Yesterday it went to poo again - even before the code came up. Felt sluggish and laggy. Today, fine.

The other thing it does when it's unhappy is short shift. Weird.

^^ No, maybe tomorrow mate. I don't want it back until the problem is found and fixed. Regardless, we've made the call to do the housing swap anyway. This because the OEM housing is made from a better grade material and I've spent the money getting it 100% with reseat, new bush, shaft & flapper. I wouldn't get that money back if I sold it so may as well fit it.

^^^ yes, that one isn't mine mate, lol. I make about 50% of its power. Possession is 9 10 tenths though right :)
