Yes have seen people run water/meth but shouldn't need it for my power provided the PWR keep up, which it should. They're rated to 400. As Ratter has often pointed out, bigger huffers generally produce a lower AIT so the 750 would help in that regard. The big tell on the MTA650 will be the back to back runs. Personally, I just can't see those temps being great in a .50 cover that's pushing considerably more air. Happy to be proven wrong. We'll know this week hopefully.

Also, and this is a bit of a wank, but the 11 blade wheel is like really quiet - less noise than OEM. I would like the thing to sound like a turbo still. Doesn't have to be Jet loud but still...we all love that spool :)

I'm worried now

My 11 is fairly quiet withe the herrod cai and pw muffler delete

I'm about to go a plaz turbo side so that should make it a bit more noisy hopefully

Valve springs going in next Wednesday. Turbo decision time tomorrow - I'm 95% decided, lol.

Well after much deliberation, I've gone with PAC Racing Springs. Tony at TBRE Performance really rates them so in they'll go next Wednesday.

Well, things have changed a little. The car will have the standard air box and muffler delete back on tomorrow :(

But...it will have a Plazmaman turbo side and battery relocation in stealth black next week :)

I'm also sending the PWR expansion tank and ECU cover off to get power coated as well.

I'm doing the air box swap because it will make plumbing easier with the new turbo and to be honest, I wanted to change things up. If I do go with a 4" inlet, it would've been restricted a bit running the crossover and plumbing.

I guess it really came down to re-evaluating the car and where I'm at with it. I did also consider moving it on. The game changer is it not being a daily again - yea! Together with the valve springs, it kinda gives me more license to push it a bit further. It started to bother me as it looks tough, but was going to be a bit whimpy with the proposed package. So, it will most likely be the new precision 6235 or, MTA750 with 4" and .7 cover.

Really excited about the changes. It's got my interest levels back :)

^^^ pretty old school that one but I guess it depends on how much better the new wheels are. I am restricted with the PWR cooler. I think the MTA750 with 7+7 and being happy at like 16-18psi might be the best fit. People that have them rate them. They sit well under the GTX for lag and with the turbo side box will crack 500hp which is the new goal.
