I have stav's plate with these gauges. Hooked up oil temp and oil pressure as well.

Nice bit of kit. Can set up in 10 mins and take out just as easily.

Bomber, seeing you like a smooth running car have a look at a spark booster. Makes things even more refined.

Have read a bit about the spark booster. Seems to be of more benefit on the coyote.

Getting balancer fitted tomorrow so another off the to do list. Don't mind spending a bit on it again now that it's running well.

Spark Booster was mentioned to me as well Bomber but he said that he'll run it up first and see what she's asking for.

That maybe something else to research

also

gotta check tune with new balancer?

New balancer just means it should Rev up easier with less drain of accessories right mate?

Do you live in the city mate? Again this is from a predominantly Expensive Daewoo V8 group of friends but they seem to think the under drive kits are bad for the battery if it's mostly city driven?

Would make sense as its at idle most of the time, and running at 20% less.

Wouldn't be a problem for the weekend enthusiast though.

It's possible, but mine is a weekend warrior and I put my ctek charger on it regularly to top it up anyway.

Old mate Bionic (Luke) fitted it today. Feels a bit more responsive and smoother. Power steer feels a little heavier at low engine speeds but no biggie. Glad I did it. Another piece of mind mod.

I'm personally not a fan of stav's gauge holder. The gauges aren't directed towards the driver and the angle makes it hard to read analogue gauges. The interceptor are digital though so shouldn't be a problem

The Aeroforce twin gauge kit looks awesome and better value. Can watch four things at once. Still an issue with mounting though as I'm not keen on the tissue box mount. I know it's a bit ricer but why is nobody doing a pillar mount?
