Whiteline do spring seats which are 6mm thick so I'm going to throw one each side. $27 each. The factory rubber insulators are basically flat (2mm) and probably squashed to near nothing over time. So what ever it works out at will do until maybe some coil overs come up cheap. Herrod now do a hi-flow unit to match their pump so am going with that. This will allow the correct pressures to be set without trying to tune around it. After doing some checks it appears the rear welch plug has failed. Really odd given I know the coolant has been kept up to it but things happen. So, out comes the ZF next week - grrr. To get more out of it than just replacing a $2 plug, I've decided to install Ratter's upgraded flex plate with ARP bolts. Ratter's upgraded flex plate and ARP bolt combo has arrived also ready to go in, to a least get something meaningful out of this process.
