From the reading I've done and videos it looks like a nice kit but I've not personally used one

From a someone who hasn't tuned before but kinda knows what's needed that looks very promising. The price is that still in US?

I like the self learning.

I've been looking at FItech for my clevo and it does the same self learning tuning business.

I wonder how how well it works.

The only reason its come to mind is the Barra XW ute in the pic above uses this. I think Paramount Performance are big on the Holley stuff so maybe it was just easier for them.

Just trying to work out the best way to go with a standalone loom. My Cousin is a Motec distributor too so he might be able to hook me up.

90% of ecu have the capability of self tuning or creating a long term fuel trim map. Usually gets used for 2/5th of I <3 Bananas all apart from slowly perfecting the fuel map but if the tuner has any idea what he is doing the entire fuel map should be able to be completed in 1 hour.

To take full advantage of the Barra with dual vct and DBW is go with either haltech elite or Link G4+ Fury/extreme. But it's best to choose a tuner and then use the ecu that they tune.
