Still the associated fabrication cost that gets away on ya fast and EFI means computer. The Mustang donk even has the right engine mounts supplied as it was sitting in an XW wagon that the owner is parting out. So other than maybe a trimmed tailshaft and gearbox mount to suit, no other fabrication is required. Everything is basically off the shelf stuff. Boring maybe, but heaps cheaper. I'll still put my own touches on this car and it will be cool when done.

Is the car driveline stock ATM? Would more likely be a single rail box then a loader.

Just man up and do the Barra. Custom exhaust manifold is easy a 6 boost will fit if you ask him to move the wastegate to a different location. A 400hp Windsor is extremely boring compared to 400hp Barra.

Definitely a toploader mate. 250 2V's didn't come out in XW. I'm happy to 'man up' with a Barra conversion. I'll send you my bank details. 10k should reattach my pen*s.
