I'll be asking them to either fit a set of SSL that are in the 'higher' end range or, remove and compress the current set of SLs so it leaves with no more than 350 and hopefully settle at 345. Shouldn't have to run coil overs to get this right. Interestingly they did say that had an in between to cater for tow bars but dropped it. I was under the impression that when you get them compressed they won't settle lower, check with King though Edited 14/02/15 09:26 AM by Bellato

Either way will get the height right.

I had SSSL rear originally but I loaded the car up and went away, they never came back up. Was around 330mm. They gave me a new set and I went SSL.

Went on a decent run yesterday and today through some twisty bumpy stuff and measured it tonight and hasn't budged.Basically it came up 20mm which is 10mm too far. I've always been under the impression SL is standard XR height. Which is already lower than a cab pack fg falcon. You really need SSL. But a read through your posts says you had them and they dropped to 330ish? I really think these springs are crap. I happen to literally live around the corner from Eibach, I went and saw them when my first set dropped in the arse. Asked if they can do me some. Unfortunately they said they never had the market for the falcon so never did them, meaning he can't do me any as they have no data. Other option is run the SSL again, if they drop to 335 again, (mine haven't) you can then use a superpro 10mm spring seat to bring it back up. Not that you should have to do that. What's a bit annoying is that they said it left at 350mm in an email today. Well...the tape measure doesn't lie. So have sent them the pic and will see what tomorrow brings. SL's are meant to be 350mm with no tow pack and drop to roughly SSL height with one so how did we end up with 360 - 355? My other SSL's ended up 335 - 330 which is around SSSL which again, they attributed to the tow pack.I just think they don't like to admit they sag to that degree and not everyone is an anal *beep* like me and measures the car from time to time. If true via their own specs, SL with tow pack should have given me 345 which is what I'm after not 360. Looks like a fkn 4WD.
