Or are deka 60lbs a better option? Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/76599-42lb-injectors/ Share on other sites

Deka's can be had very cheap & have loads of room for future power upgrades should you choose that route... But just depends on how much further past that you will wanna go. The dekas do fine in general and as said are good for a fair chunk more power. I planned for low 300's and am happy - easier on the rest of the car, and cheaper If I had more disposable I'd look towards Injector Dynamics range, maybe the 750 or 1000's. Best of both worlds from what I hear. Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/76599-42lb-injectors/#findComment-1135371 Share on other sites

They are being sold on ebay and dont work. I saw one set being sold on ebay passed off as bosch. I looked as his feedback and saw he bought them off ebay himself but then when he got the goods realised that they were fakes and now is reselling them on ebay as genuine. Some people just have no morals. Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/76599-42lb-injectors/#findComment-1135382 Share on other sites

Deka's work but have a less predictable fuel mass delivery at low pulsewidths.....this has been proven by ford engineers and the info made publically available. Compare a deka 60 breakpoint and minimum pulsewidth to a much larger ID1000's for example.....lower numbers for these two parameters are always better in ford engineering speak. I choose injectors based on these numbers. Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/76599-42lb-injectors/#findComment-1136135 Share on other sites
