So I have today booked my BF2 ute in for its first tune on the 6th of sept, really looking forward to it.

At the moment it has a redback twin 2.5" cat back exhaust.

Once the initial dyno runup is done the xforce 4" dump highflow cat will go in along with the siemens 60lb injectors. I'll put up a photo of it once I give it a clean so it looks nice and shiny, and once tune is done will post the results.

As its a ute I wont do the fuel pump yet, and the tuner is Kevin Geary in Christchurch, NZ. I just wish it was sooner now.

Really nice looking ute mate. :beerchug:

I personally think the Ford ute shape really benefits from the alloy tie-on bars (even if they aren't used!), makes them far tougher to my eyes.....

Best of luck with the tune!

Hey all, just an update.

Dropped it off today and stuck round for the stock run on the dyno it pushed out 216.8rwkw which im happy with, this dyno tends to give realistic numbers rather than happy ones. The boost was funny it started at 5psi drops back to 3psi and then goes up to 5 again but is a steady climbing curve to the 216kw. Cant wait for the mods and tuning tomorrow and I will scan and post the sheets tomorrow.

@CBXRT I completely agree the bars really set the ute off and give it a tough look, still loving the thing.

@fordfreak1 The rear leafs are reset with a 60mm drop and the front are a King Spring KFFL-57SL I believe. But always talk to Senna_T as it was a big stuff around to get the right ones for mine due to the crossover dates of the BF and BF2.

that's a neat height, 1" blocks in the rear would look good too.

My ute made 216 stock aswell, then 206 or something next run.
