Well my 10/13 FG MKII now has 10k on it and the only problem I have had since lowering it with King SSL springs is rear tyres feathering on the inside (19 x 8.5 rims 245 30 19 tyres). Wilkonson Suspension said it is the nature and result of lowering the car x 40mm.

Ford picked up on it and told me to go back to suspension installers.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I think you may need a camber kit? when lowering the car, you get that, but the camber kit will resolve it I think.

Someone please correct me.....

is the diff bushes an inherent problem with the rear suspension geometry or is it the bushes they replace them with of sh*te quality

I'm looking at getting a FG XR6T and it seems this is the main problem everyone is complaining about, I would have thought by now someone would have came up with a solution to this problem

They're like soft squishy rubber I'm not surprised they rip after seeing em.

I got superpro polyurethane ones put in now, no problems since (only stock power though)

Are your king springs the first step lower from factory?

What do you mean by feathering on inside?

Is the inner side of the tyre wearing significantly more?

My car is on King Springs, Same Rims, same Tyres as yours and I have had no Issue at all.

You might need a wheel alignment as when you lower a car, the wheel alignment will go out of spec, so the proper way to lower a car is to do a wheel alignment after.
