When I was looking at getting back into a T you would be surprised how many modded cars are out there in the lots and how oblivious the sellers are (or pretended to be). Time and time again you walk up tell them to pop the bonnet and just start reeling off all the sh*t that's not factory. The info I gathered on this forum saved me buying a modded lemon 100%.Making the salesman look like incompetent morons is also a fun perk of knowing what your talking about.. So the BOV is missing altogether? I just don't know what to look for :(And that breather hose that's missing? Would that affect the car in any way? Posted 20/08/11 09:07 PM Share Posted 20/08/11 09:07 PM I would take the car back to the seller and have them install the missing parts.Bolts fitted as blank offs in hoses and missing OEM equipment, blow off valve and breather hoses, the vehicle shouldnt have passed its roadworthy inspection. You have a ligit reason for demanding the equipment be installed at no cost to you.
