Impellor Member 835 Member For: 14y 5m 5d Gender: Not Telling Posted 31/05/12 09:26 AM Share Posted 31/05/12 09:26 AM (edited) Hey guys had the court hearing today with Intune Motorsport from Seven Hills.And after a 2 hour hearing the f*ck wit turned around to the judge and said this is a big scam .Ali and I nearly fell off our seats and said to the judge is this idiot serious.He is the biggest dickhead I have ever come across and even in the court he lied through his teeth and I was teeling the judge this and he saw right through John houlder from INTUNE MOTOR SPORT.Any way I put all my evidence forward and all he was concerned about was the amount that I am claiming which it cost me and said he could of done it for a fraction of the amount. I Said pay peanuts get monkeys.The decision and the amount will be forward by the judge in two weeks.Good luck. But from what I've read, if his concerned about the costs to fix, and not focused on his arguement that its all a scam. I'd say you can look forward to a favourable result. By changing his focus, by saying he could have fixed it for a lot less, I'm thinking that in itself is almost an admission of guilt. I dare say he wasn't feeling to confident, so then took a fall back position to reduce the financial damage. But don't be surprised if you don't get all that you asked for. Anyway fingers crossed.On another note it makes me wonder how these guys think, here was an opportunity to regain some respect. But instead with how word travels so very quickly, the reality this Guy will lose so much income from bad press.
