hey guys, at the moment im searcing for a new car to buy and im tossing up between BA mk2 typhoon, BA-BF xr6t, early fg xr6t. Must be manual.

im leaning towards a typhoon ive found, its exactly what im after apart from the k's. It has 115,000 but has been serviced regularly. Just wanting some opinions on weather it would be wise to go this route keeping in mind I plan to mod it to make 300-350 rwkw,Its standard at the moment. Im just worried that it could be too much strain on the engine considering the k's and maybe id be better off getting a bf xr6 for the same price with around 70,000ks? Am I being paranoid about the 115,000 k's?

any info appreciated, thanks.

If its been looked after I don't see why not.. but I'm not sure if they had the bigger rods in them.. I'd be getting an FG if I were you even if it takes up your whole budget, they are a better car all round, from what I've heard, and quicker stock, so you would be happy with it in stock form for a while..
