If it's to expensive to sell with the show fitted gear, why not do what they are doing but give the customer the option to upgrade to what he chooses to spend.

I'm shocked and very disappointed by what ford/fpv have done.

After reading the article in Motor mag It is such a let down.

So basically your just paying 3k to get the bobjane wheels and the calipers painted black? Fail much?

"Mr Barrett said FPV was "totally blown away" by the positive feedback the FPV Black Concept earned from fans and show-goers at the beginning of July."

That "blown away" that they totally ignored it all and didn't bother with any of it? What a complete tosser, seriously.

40th GT, Cobra, R Spec, Black Edition.. Anyone else see a pattern developing with FPV's limited editions?

I'm a fan of it, mainly because I'm such a fan of the GT. Only 3k more for a limited edition, that's got rid of the pox gt wheels. For 3k the values there. And for people that don't want to pull there car apart, it's perfect.

The wheels on the black are Nothing like stock Gt wheels.

I beg to differ on the wheels. Just looked at a side shot of the poor excuse they are calling the Black and a stock GT and the wheels are identical, just painted black :stirthepot:. I for one don't mind the style of these wheels and think they look better in the flesh but it just proves that they didn't put too much thought into this one! For what it's worth I was never a fan of the hockey stripes however I think the matt black ones on the show car looked pretty cool.
