except for :tosser: in the white honda who crosses over double lines to over take a bus 500m before turning off, the 500ml can of V exploding on the inside of my ute and the supercharger like whine coming from the power steering pump I had one epic weekend.

For those who chose not to come...bad luck

Hey thanks fellas and gals for for a great time Was a great mates and spectacular roads - even the weather was kind to us most of the time. I only cut'n'paste - it's you guys that come along who make it memorable

I counted 14 cars after everyone turned up. And it was great seeing so many people from QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC - truly a combined states cruise LOL and was good to catch up to the usual suspects again including LUXJET, aussie_dozer (and his mates from ACT), g6t, MS700 and some new mates XRFOOL. And you know - Loretta wasn't the only partner this year - quite a few of us brought our significant others

The new BBQ spot at Lake Khancoban is a keeper I think - swimming hole and about 99% less flies Oh and no dirt roads this year :sungum:

Had my incident - went into limp mode on the way there - but hey - now know I should be driving manual Like I said - Rudiger mate helped me but everyone pissed off (only joking ). Think I counted 3 occassions when fellas had issues with their cars - having to pull over and stop.

Thanks to BionicXR6T, Senna_T, RHR and k31th for taking the leads and tab for pulling up the rear at times

Here's looking forward to next year's Fri 16 - 18 Nov - the planning has started

Reckon when I want to upgrade to a 2nd hand black BF/FG in a few years time - there should be a sleuth of them on the market Dags, you would would have felt right - at - home Rusty - we really needed a white car to balance the black malisha

Yes the can of V incident

Whilst travelling along a 100Km/h piece of NSW road just before jindi, I applied my brakes

to my amazment a 500ml can of V decided to jump out from under the seat and attack the passenger footwell, the can lost but in his last act of defiance the little bugger decided to hose off the inside of my ute.

The photos I have do not do what happened justice and that crap is a bitch to clean off !

and as for the power steering pump 9 years of B&S ball's and some heavy driving its done alright
