I doubt you'll find any evidence of a Moderator promoting him in the bowels.

There's probably plenty of examples of Mod's doing there job, but that doesn't mean they promoted or recommended him.

I cleaned up plenty of rubbish revolving around this person. Some genuine, some not.

I was also the person who removed him from this site as it was my responsibility at the time since I was managing all the businesses that advetised on this forum.

When someone asked "who is the Wog ?"

This was the reply from a Moderator :

Nick is the wog

XTC Australia.

A tuning company down in Melbourne. Very nice guy, will do anything to help out.

Not my call to say if this is a recommendation or not.

Mate write him a letter of demand, if he dosnt respond claim it through your insurance.A long time ago he came down to Sydney to do sum tunes @ Vince Rigolis Vince is a top bloke so I dont associate him with dynowog he was just paying rent for the dyno work shop. After a long wait, my car was next to be tunned all I got was ping city I quickly reloaded my stock tune & ran for the hills.

WOW... I'd be calling The fair trade ombudsman etc... Sound like this guys ego is bigger than his fully sick tuning ability! Makes you appreciate people like dave, elite, simon, ratter, cv, tunehouse etc.

You can say that again.

It costs $72.50 to file a complaint at your local magistrates court. The application (Form 5A) can be downloaded here and will have to be lodged at Broadmeadows.

If you need someone to serve the complaint for you so you don't have to deal with the rat, then send me a message and I'll do it for you for free aswell as providing an affidavit of service.

It's certainly an option for you if you want to try and recoup the costs without going through your insurance company. You'll need a quote for the costs of the repairs though, and can claim the costs of the application back aswell once judgement has been made.
