As is mine mate. PW intake + PW battery relo.

I'm not too sure if there is with the replacement boxes that go in the same place, however id still say their would be. But just not as much.

Second round of mods just done are:

- In tank Walbro Fuel Pump

- Process West 3.2 Kit (Stage 3 cooler, piping, battery relo. Turbo side intake).

- Process West Surge Tank + 044

- Stronger Actuator and Turbo Port

- Also got a service and gave the ZF a service as well as replacing new coils at the same time.

- Custom Tune

And the final result was 365rwkw on 16psi and 870nm of torque. I’ve got 2 tunes, one ramping the boost on and the other coming on hard. So far just loving the noise of the intake and havn’t really booted it that much. Spent the whole way home being a Expensive Daewoo driver , haha.

Mick from Pitlane – thanks heaps, you’re a legend and great bloke to deal with. Also need to thank Bel for doing all the HARD work ofcourse :locomotive:

Now I'm going out for a drive. I'll post pics and dyno sheet in next couple of days.

Heres the dyno of both tunes overlapping. Doesn't look like much but theres about 40rwkw in the midrange.

Will add pictures of the car when I get a chance to take some.

Had a bit of a 'holy sh**' moment today. Was driving just up a hill normally at 80 kms and hear a loud bang. There was load on the car because of the hill but nothing spirited. Instantly thought oh sh*t, gearbox !

But then noticed it was still shifting gears fine, just the car had no guts anymore. Pull over to the side of the road and open the bonnet to see the pipe off the throttle body about 4 inches from where it should be. Lucky had a screw driver in the car, now back to normal.
