Hey Guys ive got a F6 ute 5500km ZF auto.

Dropped it into Hi-torque last week, where they performed the 12psi actuator fitup and wastegate mod,

very happy with there prompt service (as this is my workcar)

I then picked it up and fitted Process west 2 intercooler kit, battery relo and PW race intake kit. Also fitted a XR6turbo developments 4inch into 3.5 dump and cat.

Am happy with how everything turned out, although I have since booked it into CES for their 3.5 catback system. (ANy comments on this system would be appreciated)

Am about to book it in with Kent at Hi-torque for a tune with the SCT, as he seems to know his way around these things.

What power do you think this should make?

Im fitting the new ID725cc injectors to, does anyone know if these fit straight in or do I need spacers?

Thanks Guys.

gee you didnt waste any time getting to the mods :spoton:

so you got teh actuator fitup and wastegate mod done and no tune?

but why didnt you just get them to do all the mods at once, save you money and having to go back again?

Long story short, I had all the parts I needed to fit the intercooler and accessory gear at my place and was looking for a reputable place to do the turbo mod which obsviously I couldn't do. Heard they had done a few turbo fords so I got them to do the mod. Also I was chasing someone who knows how to tune these things on the gold coast area, but wasn't sure about these guy's.

After I got the turbo work done I talked with Kent, who seems like a straight shooter and he told me of his last F6 they did at their shop.

He seems to know these rigs quite well so. I will give these guys a crack at tuning it and see how it pan's out.

SAm.

Hey Mark,

400! mines a true daily which has to tow boats regularly..:( see you have upgraded your fuel pump.. which I haven't, I heard these are good to up to 340ish?

also you have done the valve springs.. Did you have issues with the factory one's or was it safety orientated?

Look forward to seeing how you go at Chiptorque keep us updated.

Sam

Yep I have them sitting in a plastic sealed envelope until I have the rest of my mods up to date, I purchased them after hearing their reputation and tune-ability, mate Phil is running 2000cc injectors on his fiat and it runs smooth as a baby. Its all in the tune, your tuner should make it perform perfectly, there is a heap of data out there from ID that help a tuner make them perform as good if not better than the factory idle characteristics. Hope this helps
