It's kinda losing boost . It cruises good but when try to boost it... It slows down the car like engine braking thing and it doesn't go anywhere... HELP PLEASE.... please please..... Otherwise it could be the good old valve springs.... EDIT: Just re-read your post, could be over boostingdue to the new 'cooler and hitting boost cut?
