Your exhaust will sound a lot better once your car is tuned with a high flow cat.

290 sounds about right for those mods. Just have a quick search and you'll soon find out.

Injectors + the exhaust will get you to 300. Then your stock cooler will hate you on hot days.

What your tuner is saying, is that without the wastegate ported and a new actuator, he will not be able to control the boost. He might want 12-14psi but with thy exhaust it's going to give him 17+++ every time he goes WOT.

Fitting injectors is a bit of a patch fix. Yes you'll be able to add some fuel to compensate for the boost but it's more of a bandaid.

Ideally you shouldn't have done the catback yet. But I guess your After noise?

My recommendation is save up for an extra month and do injectors and turbo port + cooler piping.

You can get away with a high flow cat welded into the standard dump pipe and have no problems. Even with the cat and a cat back you wont have problems controlling boost too much. A full exhaust will have more trouble. The job is $500 roughly qne a bit more if you get someone else to take the turbo off. that's port job, wastegate flapper and an actuator.

You wont really get past 270-280rwkw on the stock cat.

I've made over 300 on a stock cat.

It's normally $800 drive in drive out to port the turbo.

Injectors will be your limiting factor. I think FGs max out at 270-280??

Yeah they do. The euro 4 cats are *beep* so if its euro 4 it's needs the bin, not quite sure about euro 3 fg's .

Ok cool so you guys think if I get a venom 5 inch highflow cat and dump pipe from the eBay link above^^^^ and add it on to my 4 inch xforce catback system they will have no dramas tuning it? With better injectors I should get 300rwkw? With the stock un modified turbo? Thanks for all the help

If you have a 4" catback.. An you may be looking for more grunt down the track why not just buy an xforce 4" dump and 100csi cat?

Venom dump/cat pipe is no bigger then standard.
