You can put any exhaust on without the need for injectors, but you may need a retune to make sure its afrs are all good. But being you already have a dump highflow cat with tune it may be fine. As for injectors that's only if you want more power than what the current ones will supply.

from whative heard on this forum mate, the F6 injectors are good to up to and around the 320rwkw mark,

So I think you will be fine with the stockies, cant see it going over 320rwkw with stock cooler/piping setup.

Im currently looking at getting a larger set of injectors for mine but im fitting cooler kit etc.

I also only have a the moment a 4inch dump and high flow cat whcih merges into a 3.5inch (xr6 turbo developments) but im now thinking ile fit a full exhaust

what brand are you looking at? Im stumped on what to buy..

Have been looking at exhausts for a few months for my F6 chose between the xforce, nizpro, tunehouse, SMB, manta

Depends on your budget & desired performance..

No need to buy the premium stuff if you only want basic upgrades.

The xforce would be by far the cheapest, the nizpro is good value too.

$1200 is ok but not for an xforce. There are better brands out there for that money.

Hi all,

I've been told that if I put a cat back single 3.5 exhaust on my f6 I'll need to upgrade the injectors. Is this right? The car currently has a 4" dump, high flow cat and tune.

Any help would be great.

NO, injectors are ok for exhaust change a tune to take advantage of 3.5inch pipe, apart from that how dose your car perform with the currant mods?
