Im looking for a oil sandwich adaptor plate for my oil temp gauge. My tuner is trying to track one down.

I have checked out speco's website:

http://www.speco.com.au/acccoolers.html

and need to know if anybody has actually fitted a part "D15730" to a BF typhoon? Presume its the same thread and size as a xr6 turbo?

You should actually be looking at the Speco 'Oil Pressure and oil temperature adapters' - sandwich plate. The D15730 is really an adapter plate for an oil cooler?

I put one in, works well, doesn't leak at all.

can't remember what part number but I don't think its that one, I recall the BF uses the same oil filter as the BA v8 so maybe use that? just check first that's all.

The boss motor and the BF motor share same filter so therefore a v8 oil sandwich adaptor should fit a BF motor? Or it does it not work like that
